Liked: Amazing value for money! Beautiful place!!

It's a little tired but...

Liked: The location, the size of the apartment, the staff, the facilities.... Everything.
Disliked: It's a little dated. Given that I wouldn't pay full price for a stay.

Liked: Whilst an older property , it is very well located , very comfortable and clean.

Owners of the apartment/complex need...

Liked: Location was great and 8th floor views to the ocean. Easy walking to beach and shops and restaurants. Nice reception area.
Disliked: In need of updating. All fixtures deteriorating. Carpet was awful- dirty and stained. Bathroom smelt awful in the evenings - plumbing and or ventilation issues? Taps really hard to turn on and off and dripped. Found a cockroach in the bathroom on last night.Bed was basic mattress.
