Disappointed n probably look at...

Liked: We usually have a lovely stay but this time not so much. When I asked questions I was a nuisance and when calling was told to wait for my bond deposit for 10days even though we are repeat customers
Disliked: The fact you didn’t offer me the returning discount when booking within 3mths. The fact you over charged us for our room. Took a bond n still haven’t returned it a week after checking in. Room was a but grubby, barely any toilet paper, n they take your deposit if you don’t unpack the dishwasher before leaving

Liked: It was a great change from the madness of Surfers, to be in Broadbeach. The welcoming staff, the heated pool, sauna, proximity to Star and good food options were perfect.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the late night early morning noise of life down below on the surrounding streets. To be honest I accept the noise, it's just that the aged windows and sliding doors don't quite seal up, so even on the 5th floor it was distracting.

It's a little tired but...

Liked: The location, the size of the apartment, the staff, the facilities.... Everything.
Disliked: It's a little dated. Given that I wouldn't pay full price for a stay.
