Liked: Location and staff; tea and cake time
Disliked: Smell in room coming through the vent. Water from shower getting in bathroom floor. Can’t eat in lobby/lounge area

Staff, location, facilities were fantastic

Liked: Location was brilliant. Right beside station and metro stops in a bustling part of town. Plenty of coffee shops / restaurants on the door step. Staff were very welcoming.

Liked: Great location by region trains and metro station across road. Light refreshments and water available in lobby free of charge.Room was nicely decorated and provided wash for hair and body.

Liked: Staff were lovely, really nice room and bathroom. All the facilities in the room and lots of plug sockets. Great location, 1 minute walk from saint Lazare station and lots of different bus stops.Unfortunately didn't have a chance to use the spa facilities.
Disliked: The water in the shower took a while to warm up but fine if you run the water before you get in.

Liked: The breakfast and the staff were wonderful, the room was spacious and clean and quiet. I would definitely go there again on my next visit to Paris
