Liked: The location was perfect - right across from the quiet end of the beach, and not a far walk from the train station. Penny makes the place perfect. She is a welcoming and positive person who brightens up your day and is willing to help with your plans and let you know about the area. Breakfast is substantial, hot, and exactly what you need to start your day of exploration on the Jurassic Coast. It's a lovely place with character.
Disliked: Nothing really. You expect stairs in an old place with character.

Liked: The best part of our stay was Penny, the proprietor. Besides wonderful English breakfasts, she gave us many tips on what to do. We had some nice chats.
