Friendly staff; clean rooms; great amenities; front door security was a pleasant surprise.

Clean room; restaurant and Starbuck on site; great views of the city. Great overall experience and not expensive. Great location, only about five minutes off of I95;
Disliked: Nothing.

Had a great experience here; friendly staff; felt safe and this hotel was very well kept; wide variety of things to do there.

The hotel staff were very helpful and considerate. My stay at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown was a really nice experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Philadelphia in the future.
Disliked: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Excellent value for your money. We came in late after check in were happily checked in with no issues. Room was big and beautiful. Food was delicious. Service was great. Only downside I had to my experience was there were a few events going on during my stay. And valet was either full or closed. But still helpful in finding somewhere to park for great value and not somewhere sketchy.
Liked: It was beautiful; good prices; excellent value. It is very much worth it.
Disliked: Hard to find parking. The valet was closed so we had to find our own. The valet was at least helpful pointing out the parking garage across the street had the best value and it was. I don't visit Philly often but that was one of the better ones.

Great location and room. The front desk staff was very polite but the valet staff was very rude when we pulled in for check in and told them we were parking our own car. We were woken up very early, after a late night, by what we thought were just rude guests in the hallway but when I finally went out of our room (the loud and obnoxious activities had been going on for over an hour at this point) I discovered it was housekeeping; they continued to be loud even after I contacted the front desk. They should also offer free wifi.
Liked: Room was nice.
Disliked: House keeping very noisy in morning.
