Staff really helpful, clean and...
Liked: Staff were very pleasant and helpful with good English. Good choice for Breakfast.
Disliked: Room was small, requested an upgrade as i was staying 10 days but this did not happen.

Passable
Liked: The location is great as the beach is across the road. We also loved that the hotel has bicycles you can use free if charge.
Disliked: Our family room had a metal bunk bed, which was not what we expected as the photos of the room we chose showed two singles for the children. As a result, both our 3 and 5 year olds were too small yo go on the top bunk as the barrier was so high for them, they could both slip put of that bed. Quite dangerous really. All the beds were like camper beds rather than proper beds and so quite uncomfortable. No kettle for coffee/tea in the rooms either. Literally nothing in the rooms aside from the beds, 2 small bottles of water and a shower soap in the bathroom. Very, very basic hotel.

Disliked: Needs a little money spent on it .. looking a little tired. The floors in bedrooms need to be re done… revarnished. Pool area needs money spent on it.. more large umbrellas and updated beds.

Disappointing and won’t be returning.
Liked: Great location close to beach and lots of restaurants.
Disliked: It’s not a 4 star hotel. Staff were lovely and helpful but the rooms are very small and in need of renovations. Not sound proof and you are disturbed by people in neighbouring rooms and hallway. Hotel is very stingy - you have to pay for the old towels for the pool and for extra bathroom towels, they make you pay to use the hotel’s beds on the beach. They only provided one small bottle of water free even though there were two of us. This is the only hotel we stayed in Italy where items in the minibar was not for free. Rooms were not very clean - rooms were not vacuumed daily, mould in shower. We were glad to leave.
