Liked: Excellent location, hotel facilitates parking as located in an historical area, with traffic limited.

Liked: Central location, very nice spacious rooms
Disliked: Some of the finishes especially carpet is a bit dated

Liked: Breakfast excellent choice and tasty
Disliked: Sound carries a lot in the building. Some guests very noisy with TVs blaring which was annoying. Fortunately, I had brought ear plugs to muffle any noise.

Liked: Great location! Lovely, old building that used to be a convent. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: The rooms were old and dark. Our beds were two twins that were put next to each other but they did not align well. Not the best sleeping experience.

Liked: The staff is incredible. They took care of my car moving it closer to the hotel, brought my bags inside, offered free drinks every evening. I felt at home
Disliked: The carpet in the room wasn’t the cleanest. I guess it’s not the staff’s fault but the owners don’t want to pay to change it.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is good. The public areas were lovely and the terrace looked like it would be very pleasant, but it was too cold for us to be outside. Breakfast was delicious as well.
Disliked: While the public spaces are very nice, our room (428) was quite dated, with old style furniture and scuff marks on the walls. The outlet for the water kettle was very awkwardly located and it wasn't worth the effort to move things around to plug it in. We were disappointed; I wouldn't call our room a 4 star hotel room. At least the bed was comfortable.
