Very disappointing and difficult place...

Liked: It was an apartment it was three floored and was nearly impossible to go to the bathroom The bed was under a roof top window at five o'clock in the morning pigeons were in full fightAnd it was very difficult to climb the stairsThere is only one small window so the place is dark and the only way to get cool at night in a place so warm is to have the ac blowing directly to you

Superb

Liked: The location, the restaurant and the hotel staff were excellent. The room was nice too, with a very comfortable bed. Would recommend to others.
Disliked: The room felt a little worn-in, with a few scuff marks on the walls and stains on the carpet.

Great location and helpful staff...

Liked: We stayed in one of the apartments, which provided plenty of space - especially by European hotel standards. The location was perfect for exploring Piazza Maggiore, Quadrilatero Market and Mercato delle Erbe, along with countless restaurants.
Disliked: The counter space in the bathroom is minimal, and the air conditioning unit is in the living room - so you don’t get the benefit of the air con in the bedroom while sleeping if you close the door (which you need to do if you want blackout sleeping conditions).

Great location, amazing breakfast, and...

Liked: The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of food and fresh cold-pressed juices. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff were all kind and helpful, and the location is perfect—just steps from the city centre. The complimentary coffee and pastries available throughout the day were a lovely touch.
Disliked: Parking was quite expensive, and there was no room service available.

Liked: Great location Our rental bikes could be stored in the underground garage WiFi was of good quality Lounge was bright Rental bike shop was a few meters away with great service
Disliked: Apartment did not look like photos on the website: bedroom was very dark, bathroom smelled of drain and one light was dysfunctional Breakfast was very average A little too pricey for the quality

Liked: Large shower, nicely decorated room, very friendly staff (Dario gave us a different room as we did not like the one we checked into, and he offered to help with storing our rental bikes)Great location
