Exceptional

Liked: A clean and friendly service. The cooked breakfast was small but delicious. There had plenty of cereals, tea, coffee and fresh juice. Staff were really friendly. We went to a concert at Westbirton Arbortum. It was the perfect location and with easy late night access.

It was ok although needs...

Liked: The building was beautiful The gentleman that runs it was very niceThe location was good and the lounge area was kept beautiful
Disliked: The bed was two single beds with a very thin mattress topper than kept sliding down bed. Both mornings at breakfast there was food from the night before on the floor. The stairs to rooms could do with a freshen up
