Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Bed was soft. Room was not clean and there was a loud noise from the water tank above our room.

Liked: Fair priced. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Quiet location. Good parking facilities. And accommodating staff.
Disliked: Pretty much a comfortable stay. However minor inconvenience like no complimentary drinking water, Shower lacked pressure etc. But definitely recommend a stay at the hotel.

Liked: A clean and friendly service. The cooked breakfast was small but delicious. There had plenty of cereals, tea, coffee and fresh juice. Staff were really friendly. We went to a concert at Westbirton Arbortum. It was the perfect location and with easy late night access.
