Disliked: Had the worst experience during breakfast - after a 15 min wait had to go find someone to serve us - served my vegan breakfast with a bacon (!!!) and when I questioned it the guy serving us said “I thought you just wanted a vegan sausage” I mean… what?! - by the time they brought the correct breakfast my husband finished his. My breakfast came without toast when I specially asked for it. They went back to get my it and after another 15 min wait when it never came I went to see someone. To my surprise I found the staff having THEIR breakfast… - ordered a sausage for the dog as well… that obviously never came. Hands down the most shocking experience. I think it’s in their best interest to just not offer breakfast at all. Totally wasted our morning

Liked: Location , very easy to find.Breakfast was very nice.1 min from an excellent pub
Disliked: Smells of Indian food throughout the whole hotel.Room 5 very small and tired. Bed was very hard. The sink was tiny with a glass shelf directly above, I couldn't get my head near it to wash my face. The shower was a bit rubbish but it was hot. If there are 2 of you I would recommend you avoid this room if you can. I had friends in another room which was alot better than mine.Photo shows size of sink compared to the toilet roll.

Mini break in the Cotswolds

Liked: Hotel was really lovely, room was spacious and clean. We received a lovely welcome, room was refreshed every day, with plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and nice biscuits. Had a great meal at Sassas which is located in the hotel and enjoyed a very nice breakfast served by Lydia who was friendly and polite. Garden area was really lovely, enjoyed a cocktail made by Foyez . Chatted to Frank who was friendly and asked about our stay and informed us of the best places to visit. Would recommend this lovely hotel, would definitely stay again in the future
