Great location - brilliant proximity...

Liked: Location and friendliness, plus a welcome mini bar when I got in to my room!
Disliked: I put my clothes in the cupboard overnight and they came out quite musty.

Disliked: The remote and mirror were dusty and the wall paper seemed like it was shedding. The room also smelt like sewage.

At the beach

Liked: Lovely little hotel right on the sea and in a really nice suburb of Bilbao. Easy metro into the city but this is a lovely destination just for itself. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing really. A good hotel and I would have no hesitation in going back.

Disliked: run mostly by trainees , i guess, as there were a lot of communication issues ,specially regarding billing, parking information etc but the staff was extremely polite and helpful and eventually we had no problem
