We had a fantastic time...

Liked: Great service, kind staff, great breakfast, perfect location. We had a fantastic time here. Our AC wasn't working great the first night but the staff got it fixed immediately. Spacious rooms and great amenities.
Disliked: Honestly, we didn't really have any complaints that were serious. The elevator might have been a little slow but the stairs were easy enough.

We had a great stay.

Liked: At the center of the city. Walking distance to major site seeing. A lot of restaurants and places for shop.
Disliked: Stop move customers to another sister hotel.

Liked: The location is very good, but $200 a night was much more that I really wanted to pay. But it was peak tourist season so it is understandable.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was fantastic to visit sites on foot on our first trip to Madrid for only 3 days. Although in a busy area, It was still quiet enough to sleep.
Disliked: We actually were quite happy with everything at this hotel.
