Disliked: Lack of iron. Lack of WiFi on TV to stream. AC didn’t really work. After cleaning lady cleaned bathroom it smelled awful. Appeared to use dirty mop.

Liked: Great location within easy walking distance of several major attractions. Room was clean and ready on time. Front desk staff were great.

Liked: The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was tiny and although clean, it did feel very dated. The room did not have tea or coffee making facilities or an iron. For the cost of the stay the room was very basic.

Liked: Location is great - you are right in the middle of a busy shopping/restaurant district. Staff are very nice and helpful.
Disliked: While you are close to everything, the location is not very quiet at all - lots of restaurants around that are open late. Plus construction (?) noises in the morning. We didn't mind much, and we would still stay there again, but beware if you are looking for a peaceful night.
