Excellent stay, highly recommend this!

Liked: Excellent staff and location, only few steps away from the metro station and walking distance to many of the city attractions. Safe area, close to shops and supermarkets. Clean and cozy, retro vibe and very good breakfast with many options to take. They kept our luggage for free for a few hours. Definitely will stay again here when we'll come back to visit Madrid. Gracias por todo, amigos! :)
Disliked: The bed and the pillows could be more comfortable but that's not a deal breaker comparing to all the other facilities!

Comfortable stay

Liked: The location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was quite good. The staff were really nice as well.
Disliked: It gets noisy at night, which makes it difficult to sleep, but that’s something I’ve come to expect in Madrid and a price to pay for staying in the heart of the city.
