Comfortable stay

Liked: The location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was quite good. The staff were really nice as well.
Disliked: It gets noisy at night, which makes it difficult to sleep, but that’s something I’ve come to expect in Madrid and a price to pay for staying in the heart of the city.

When I return to Madrid...

Liked: The location was exceptional, I was right in the heart of the city. The hotel is beautiful.

An easy choice to stay

Liked: Very easy access to the metro and close to Gran Via, easy to walk there. facilities were neatly cleaned.Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The washbasin at the bathroom wasn’t very comfortable.

Family at Madrid

Liked: Location was amazing, they also accommodated us arriving earlier than expected. Airport transfer was great.
Disliked: Sought access to bicycles, but there was a apprehension to help out, refered to street bikes
