Beds were good, would not...

Liked: The location was great. There is no taxi service straight to the door because it’s on a walking street.
Disliked: We were given a room with a view facing a wall- same price as the rooms with balconies and pretty street views. Very disappointed with this. We asked for an early check in. They said they would call when our room was ready. They didn’t. The bathroom door kept locking whoever was in there in. The shower was difficult to operate and leaky. The beds were comfy. I was unimpressed with the friendliness of the front desk.

Liked: location was central, grocery store and restaurants all around.
Disliked: very small room, bunk bed for kids; hard to find hotel location when coming by Uber from airport.

Liked: Booking for com advertised a free airport shuttle which was non existent Hotel was changed without notice.

Liked: The old city of Madrid is closed to traffic and it is complicated for getting access by car.
