Liked: Lovely clean hotel, staff were excellent on the few occasions I needed them. Fantastic location for Playa Mayor,Puerto del Sol &Grand Via.
Disliked: Room 412 has a very steep(coombed) ceiling , not good for tall people (I'm 6`). Never seen the ghost

Liked: In the heart of Madrid. A warm welcome. Nice cafés and bars nearby. The shower was exceptional. While the room (as expected) was small it was comfortable. A great find!

Fantastic Staff.

Liked: The front desk was exceptional. The staff made our stay much better due to the treatment we received after a long travels.
Disliked: BE AWARE, “no fault of the of the hotel” the parking lot cost for 2 days was over $80.00. High way Robbery!

Liked: Very good location if you want to visit all the major sights in Madrid. 5 min walk to Plaza Mayor. Hotel staff is very friendly, always ready to assist with anything you need. Breakfast is soooo tasty and lots of options to eat.
Disliked: I like everything in this property. But i have suggestion to a Management of the hotel - it would be good to have a small coffee machine in the rooms :)
