Liked: The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main attractions. We booked a small double room for one night. The hotel is old and in need of renovation. The door lock often had trouble reading the key card. Breakfast is standard, though there is a specific smell on the ground floor. The staff is attentive.

Liked: We loved the location, staff, and amenities here. The breakfast was great and everyone always greeted us with kindness. Jorge who helped us with check in gave us a detailed overview of what we should do in Madrid with a map and made us feel super welcome!

Liked: Our stay was perfect. The hotel is at a great location for first-time-visitors. The staff at the reception was very helpful and the room very clean. The breakfast was good and had many choices you could make.
Disliked: Just when someone uses the bathroom and opens the light it bothers the other person in the room. It lights the whole room because the bathroom is surrounded by glass walls.
