Liked: The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Valencia. The room was clean, breakfast fantastic, with a lot of options. The staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Liked: The staff was very helpful and happy to make a chat or give you some tips about the area. We've stayed in the hotel during Fallas so the city, hotel and everything was super busy. Once inside the room you heard nothing more of this. Breakfast was good, like you expect from a 3 star hotel. Location is right in the city Center.
Disliked: I have nothing to complain.

Liked: Great location, nice room which was clean, and the staff were helpful with information.
Disliked: The rules for bike hire were confusing so we only hired one bike on one occasion. We stayed for a week without an upgrade, but we heard other guests get an upgrade even though they were staying a few nights.

Liked: The breakfast was very good quality with an excellent selection of fresh fruitWe had a sunny window opening onto the street despite not having one of the larger rooms.The location was perfect for sightseeing.We made use of a bicycle
Disliked: We expected single beds but they were very close together. Not a problem for us as sisters but could be.
