Liked: The room was cosy and nice.
Disliked: No toiletries in my room, the view from the window was to the wall nearby, so the room was a bit dark.

Disliked: We were moved from this hotel as the air conditioning was broken to another hotel. It turned out they sent us to the wrong alternative so we ended up in a 3rd hotel petit palace example. It was not a good standard yet we had to pay the same price. We had constant issue with air conditioning in this hotel also

Disliked: Awful smell in the room that I think is coming from poor air-conditioning maintenance. Air conditioning was weak, almost no any use of it. Room and hotel needs to be refurbished as soon as possible. Sheets slipping of the bed.

Great Experiance

Liked: One of the best hotels in Barcelona, the staff and especially the hotel manager are really hospitable. We thank them all very much. It is in a central location and has a very good breakfast. comfortable rooms. everything is perfect.
