Liked: Smack in the centre of town, the staff is lovely and we got the room really easily.
Disliked: Compared to last year the room seemed to be needing a freshen up. The bin and the little shelf to put your shampoo bottles were broken etc. Also you could hear everything the neighbours were doing.

Liked: Super clean roomAnd bathroom, helpfull staff and excellent breakfast. Great location near everything.
Disliked: They charge (too much per day per case) for keeping your suitcases (we were coming back to the same hotel five days later).

We had a wonderful time...

Liked: We loved the look of the hotel, it was super chic! We had so much space in our hotel room as a family of 4. The location was very central, walking distance to all areas within the centre of Madrid! The breakfast option is a must to start your day!
