Excellent, friendly staff and perfect...

Liked: Very nice and welcoming staff. Sadly we could not enjoy the free bike rental, but for sure next time when we are in Madrid we will book a room here. The manager also came by at the breakfast table to ask how everything was and if there is anything we miss or can be improved.

Liked: The breakfast and location. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working but they provide us with a portable unit. For us it was a good solution.
Disliked: Air conditioning not working in the room.

Liked: Staff was very kind and helpful. On our first night, the air-con stopped working and they were quick to find different solutions (more than one). We were very happy with the solution.Parking on the premises was another plus.Also, it was close to the airport. 15 minute drive.They had gluten free bread and cupcake.
Disliked: The fact that the air con stopped working.
