Location and comfort

Liked: Petit Palace is perfectly located at the edge of the old town, walking distance to the town center and the Guggenheim museum. The staff were super friendly and keen to share their knowledge of the city. The room was clean and modern and the bed was comfy. No noise and good blackout curtains plus air conditioning - I can warmly recommend this hotel!!

Liked: Central location...staff very friendly special mention for Edu on reception...really new the area and explained it well...changed are room to a twin with no fuss.
