Great place for our stay...

Liked: The location was superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast had plenty of variety of choices.
Disliked: Having to lock in to breakfast time, but as we only stayed one night, it didnt bother us too much.

Possibly one of the best...

Liked: Possibly one of the best locations for old Bilbao. Staff were super helpful with maps and places to go. The room was one of the best I have stayed in Bilbao in terms of accommodation, value and location. One of the few places with working air con and a fridge. The vibrant area is surrounded by great bars and restaurants (Nepalese is great). Walking distance from Abando metro station and airport bus stop. Glad I had the opportunity to stay and wish I could have stayed longer.
Disliked: All good.

Noisy. Basic small room. Staff...

Liked: Dining room in attic was not air conditioned. Staff was sweating.

Hotel is in a perfect...

Liked: Location was excellent.....Room was small but very clean.....we didn't have the breakfast.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room
