Liked: This is one of the best hostels in Madrid that I have stayed in. The bed is soft and spacious, there is a kitchen and a co-working area, and they provide a large towel. The luggage locker is spacious enough to fit my suitcase. The keys are magnetic. I was able to change my bed from the top to the bottom for a fee of 5 euros. The staff is friendly
Disliked: There are few inexpensive shops and cafes nearby, and it's a bit far from the metro station. There were difficulties with the check-in process, as I couldn't handle the automated registration system

Liked: Receptionist was the best! Ms. Araceli was very kind and helpful. Moreover the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the location of the hostel could not be better.

Liked: All in general. Araceli was very friendly and sympathetic. Helena as well. The staff in general. Other guests were nice people to talk with and share experiences. Would recommend.
Disliked: Obviously in this type of accommodation there are things that staff can't control like the time people sleep and make some noise. Would recommend and stay again.

Liked: Araceli was extremely kind and generous throughout our stay. She gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful during checkout as well. The hospitality was excellent. Everything was very clean — the bathroom was spotless, and the bed was fresh and tidy. Highly recommended!
Disliked: Araceli hospitality and hostel cleanness
