Rainforest paradise
Liked: Service at the restaurant was probably the best I've ever had.. All staff at the retreat were great and helpful, always with a smile which made us feel welcome. The room was so cosy and spacious that we felt no desire to go out and explore (of course we atill did!), we could've stayed there the whole trip!Can't wait to go back the place is amazing! Location, views, room, everything was top notch
Disliked: Can't fault a thing to be honest!

Liked: Location was good, great view and big cabin
Disliked: No daily room service, accommodation was a bit dated couches were old, had to keep going to reception to ask for more coffee etc

Fantastic.
Liked: Very private and unique. The staff were wonderful. The restaurant is fantastic, the food was so good. We will definitely return!

Liked: Beautiful, private accommodation amongst the rainforest. Situated in the middle of all that the mountain has to offer. Large comfy room with all the facilities, close to restaurants, cafes, and great coffee.

We will be back!
Liked: We had an unforgettable stay in a beautifully romantic cabin nestled in the rainforest—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. The highlight was dinner at the on-site restaurant, which was absolutely 5-star: exceptional food, service, and ambiance. A perfect getaway!

Could have been better...
Liked: The view was amazing, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall, the stay was disappointing for the price.

Absolutely mind blowing!!!! We loved...
Liked: The treehouse was amazing, so much room and space. The spa was really good. The breakfast, for a continental, was great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The shower head was a bit small for the size of the shower. Some of the silver knobs of the spa bath was broker. One of the lights in the steps were broken. The breakfast delivery was slow as we we were told the breakfast will be delivered at 8:30 am. One of our friends is a diabetic and had to eat at a certain time.
