Liked: The hotel is in a perfect location! I definitely want to return here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too. The view to the river was amazing!
Disliked: Old carpet in the rooms. Other than that everything was excellent.

Liked: This hotel has an excellent location. Right on the river and the center of many of the things happening in the city. We upgraded to a balcony room that faced the river. Well worth the charge. Beautiful views. Every morning there was a great breakfast included. Though the building is old world, this hotel was very updated and had many modern conveniences. An extra nice touch was the welcome amenity of port and pastries. Also, a fantastic shower. I don't think I've ever encountered a shower with the pressure and temps that this one had.
Disliked: Because of the location, it is at the bottom of the hill, along the river. Everywhere is an uphill walk, but the positive is that it is downhill on the way back to the hotel. Many times cars are not allowed down the street to the hotel, so upon check out, we had to walk the block up the hill to meet our Bolt taxi.

Disliked: Restaurant people in the mornings don’t understand customer service and watching out for their needs and wants. Even tough to get a coffee refill.
