The Pestana Miami South Beach...

Liked: It was clean and cleaned daily! They had shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The bicycle were easy to rent, right in front of the hotel!
Disliked: The walls are incredibly thin, so it’s very easy to receive a complaint and hear everything around you. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, from the mattresses to the pillows and blankets. There are no other amenities for food except a small fridge, so there’s no way to heat up food. 2 of the front desk workers are extremely rude and arrogant unless you speak Portuguese. The fitness center is only free once and is 4-5 blocks away, even though it states that it is on-site. Breakfast is trash; it’s 25 dollars per person, and you only receive very little options. Parking is a nightmare; you either have to pay 58 dollars per day at a garage that you will not be able to choose where you park and be disrespected by the workers. The other garage near the hotel is close, but it’s 20 dollars an hour, so it’s unreasonably expensive. This hotel claims to be kid-friendly, yet there are no amenities or activities for children, and given the incredibly thin walls, if you have a crying baby or loud child, the parents will likely get in trouble due to noise complaints. This place is simply not suitable for children.
