Liked: The entrance was beautiful and amazing location
Disliked: The desk misplaced our luggage it took 4 attempts before our items were located. In the morning we called room service for coffee it was 16. Dollars for 2 and was undrinkable and full of coffee grounds. Pool is so small and covers on pool deck loungers not changed.

Liked: Clean rooms
Disliked: 1. Elevator doesn't work2. Phone doesn't work to call reception 3. AC stops abruptly, staff and management knows it and kept it in the room problems card. Who want to do a reset of AC in the middle of the night and wait for hours to get the temperatures back to normal to sleep.4. Ants in the rooms shows up with small food scraps

Liked: I like the pool and the area was very quiet as well

Location heaven.

Liked: They greeted us and were very helpful with getting us into and to our room. Helped with bags, had pastries in the room for us, and gave us towels for the beach/pool. We unfortunately didn’t get to use either, but I’ll be back to definitely take advantage of it next time.
Disliked: Nothing. I loved it all. Location was perfect. Actually— no parking, but there’s a lot across from the hotel that has 24hr parking.
