We loved staying at Pestana,...

Liked: The location was amazing, right on the Plaza Mayor.
Disliked: The only problem is the noise from the outside , but it wasn’t that bad!

Liked: Location. Plus lucky to have been upgraded to a room with a view of the Plaza Mayor. Lovely hotel in a great location for all the major tourist attractions.
Disliked: Wifi in room kept disconnecting, unusable for work purposes. Gym was functional but very small. Sauna was warm, not hot.

Exceptional

Liked: All fantastic! The best hotel we have stayed in! It was our 3rd time in Madrid and for the 4th time we will come to you again! Staff polite, perfect location and close to everything, spotless! It was also the first time the pool was open until 11pm. Very important because in most hotels it closes early and you don't have time to enjoy it. Everything is great! Also very clean! Thank you very much!

Liked: Location, cleanliness and courteous service
Disliked: Unfortunately my room was by a lift shaft and above the restaurant so it was difficult to sleep. Also no ironing board and tea/coffee making machine sockets were behind a tacked up curtains so not obvious where to plug in. Room 027.

Excellent location to wander in...

Liked: Location is perfect as well as the design of the hotel.
Disliked: Mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable. Moreover the indoor swimming pool should be warmer. Lastly, it should have early check in option even with a charge.

Liked: Location for breakfast great but would be better ifjuice tea/ coffee delivered to table.Not a lot of choice for hot items .
Disliked: Only breakfast could been better
