Liked: The staff at reception and in the sports bar/restaurant where all absolutely fantastic! Friendly family vibes. Made us feel so welcome the whole way throughout our stay. Would most certainly come to stay here again. Many thanks guys. We appreciate it.

Liked: Firstly, I start this review with Lisbon is a fantastic city to visit and there is much to see. CR7 Pestana is ideally located, right in the central area, unfortunately it did not live up to its expectation and certainly not a cheap stay. They advertise that you can cast your devices to the TV in your room to watch the films and media you wish. We arrived on a Thursday for four nights leaving on the Monday. We like to go sightseeing in the day, drink and food in the evening and finish off with a film. I tried to cast my apple devices to the TV to no avail, I reported it to reception. A receptionist and duty engineer attended my room, and we tried together to no avail – the code to pair did not appear. We tried another empty room and the code to pair appeared but did not work. I must add here we booked a Superior Double Room, but our room was tiny compared to this room, I questioned that we were in the right room to be told we were – I am not convinced! I was told that they would call in a specialist engineer the next day. To cut a long story short – after four days it still was not working – later found out the whole system was not working correctly. I was promised phone calls while we were out in the day to update us or look at moving rooms – nothing, apparent no other rooms despite I had been in another empty one. I asked to see a manager on four separate occasions over the weekend to no avail, being told there was none on for the weekend. On the Monday, I was told a manager was on her way in to see us before we left at 0900, she was late and didn’t make it. We exchange emails and she told me that managers were present over the weekend? I asked four times and told non-available, no phone calls – poor customer service. Some rude staff, overpriced, cooked buffet breakfast cold on the hot plate – but who could you complain to as there were no managers to speak to.
