Great stay!

Liked: Very comfortable beds, parking right next door, great views
Disliked: Couldn?t use spa facilities. Poor breakfast options. You have to go downstairs to reception to place your breakfast order, they don?t allow you to do it over the phone which was very inconvenient. Ended up ordering Uber eats food instead.

Liked: Staff, comfort of room, location, value. In the midst of pandemic, I couldn?t have imagined a better experience. Every care was taken and the team was wonderful. Many facilities were closed, servicing limited, but just as it should be.

Disliked: Unfortunately we visited during COVID restrictions and therefore spa, restaurant and bar closed but I have been before and used all which were all fab

Covid restrictions. Room as described

Liked: Room was just as described.Staff friendly and helpful
Disliked: Covid restrictions dampened my stay a little but it had to be done. No spa facilities available. No breakfast Bath water flow not good. Took ages to run bath n even then the hot water wasn't so hot. I had been looking forward to a nice relaxing soak.
