A nice hotel that could...

Liked: The room was a good size and the location was excellent.
Disliked: The information on their website regarding the pool was incorrect.The steam room was out of order.There were small black flies in the shower and steam room.

Nice secure hotel.

Liked: Great room. Spacious and clean.
Disliked: Could have had more information from the receptionist. She only gave brief information on the room location. Found it difficult to find any information on the spa or gym in the room itself. No brochure or folder. Finally found it was on the TV but it wasn’t very clear about location and opening times, booking spa treatments. Felt many guests might stay at the hotel without knowing these facilities existed.

Liked: Spacious and modern room. Quiet and the bed was lovely.
Disliked: Staff member on check in was quite rude and the hotel is a little run down

Liked: Perfect location to Battersea Power Station. Very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff.

Liked: The hotel was in a fab location with a brilliant car park next door. The rooms were lovely and spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good and they provided me with gluten free toast. Excellent priced hotel.
Disliked: Nothing.
