I would like to visit...

Liked: In fact, the hotel is very beautiful and elegant, and the staff at the reception are nice, but one thing I did not like is that at the time of the guest’s check-in, the passport is not required for registration, and also the bags are not provided with a service to take them to the room. Regardless, the hotel is beautiful, and I would like them to ensure that the guest in the hotel is His passport data, not just the reservation number.
Disliked: Not requesting a passport at the time of checking into the hotel and not assisting with bags.
