Worth it!

Liked: I told staff that it was my boyfriend’s birthday hoping that they would be able to decorate our room a little before we came and it was superb! Rose petals all over the bed and two little brownies with a happy birthday sign! I couldn’t have been more pleased! The staff were excellent and made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay.
Disliked: We were a little disappointed about the pool thinking that it would be a little bit bigger and there would be a jacuzzi but apart from that everything was amazing

Very good

Liked: Good margaritas from the bar man! Excellent sized room, very comfortable. Loads of parking right next door. Easy to drop luggage and then park.
Disliked: Shower pressure and the sensitivity of the shower controls. Very difficult to get the temperature right and not too got or too cold.

Acceptable but over priced

Liked: Good location for Battersea
Disliked: The spa was disappointing, breakfast was cold and the tea and coffee facilities in the room were poor

Liked: Lovely swimming pool. Comfortable bed and excellent bedding.

A pleasant stay close to...

Liked: The location near to Battersea Power Station, Battersea Common and the Thames Pathway. The breakfast options were plentiful.
Disliked: There was no provision for a compact foam mat or similar in order to do a floor workout in the gym. Our bathroom floor had hair all over it upon arrival and someone had been sitting on the bed as there was body indentations on the quilt cover.
