Liked: Great location. Quality shopping almost on your doorstep. Nice hotel. Reception staff very helpful. Monica the cleaner of rooms was excellent. Nothing too much trouble and very friendly.
Disliked: Nothing really. I understand the hotel can't have air-con due to it being a listed building. Room fans don't quite do the job when its mid 30's outside.

No AC and bad beds

Disliked: No air condition, hard beds, bad pillows.

Good location and helpful receptionists

Disliked: The horses smells along the adjacent road

Disliked: The room was very tiny and cleaning service did not operate very well during our stay

Disliked: We asked for a room with two beds. It ended up being one double bed and one sofa bed, which was not what we requested
