Liked: The hotel room was great and the grounds had a nice tiki bar and shuffleboard area.
Disliked: The hotel was hit with a storm and a lot of the beachfront and beach wall was destroyed. There was caution fencing everywhere. Hopefully they will work on this and get it fixed.

Liked: the location right on the water. The staff was AMAZING.
Disliked: the photos are misleading. my kids were excited about the mini golf shown in the photos, but when we arrived the outdoor turf was ripped and torn and unusable. We were gone from our hotel quite a bit the first couple days. towards the end we started noticing the amount of roaches present in the room.

Liked: Rooms were spacious, pool and outside area were spacious with plenty of chairs. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was good size and living room area was ample.
Disliked: There were some gnats in the room and the shower faucet leaked but we told them at checkout. Not an issue with our stay just things to fix for next guests.

Disliked: The lock on door was flimsy. 1 elevator in our section The grounds were never cleaned or rebuilt from the hurricane.1 hot tub for too many guestsInside pool freezing One morning the emergency exit did not work so therefore if a fire had occurred we would not be able to get out.Over priced for all the dislikes we encountered

Exactly what we needed for...

Liked: Directly on the beach, indoor or outdoor pool, available pet friendly rooms, very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, any question was answered. Michelle, Mary, Emily at that office could not have been more helpful, 4/8 we checked in and the remote was not working, I believe the young man's name was Donald, he was headed up in the elevator as we were going back up with our luggage and he offered his assistance in moving the cart which was extremely helpful. Our housekeeping staff member, Winsome attended to us with excellent service and the room showed her attention to detail and pride in her position. Brittney checked in with me via texts to make sure our needs were met, her texts, I appreciated her attention. Our doggies loved it, and the property is set up to accommodate the four-legged family members. Thank you We will definitely revisit Perry's when coming to the Daytona Area.
Disliked: This NOT a deficiency of Perry's, it's a live and learn for us. Our doggies are older, and I would ask for a room closer to the "doggie appointed area" to make it easier on our boys. The only nicks in facilities were due to one elevator being down, and the ice machine on the floor not working. However, we did NOT experience any great wait due to the lack of elevators and there were other ice machines conveniently located. These issues did not mar our visit at all.
