Liked: The place was great all around staff was amazing location was amazing.
Disliked: The parking was bad not enough parking spot for hotel and we had to park across the street.

Liked: The donut breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable. The AC/Heater wall unit worked well.
Disliked: There was only 1 elevator working the whole time. Parking was a MAJOR issue. We were lucky to get the last spot across the road. We had 2 rooms and while they were booked separately, they would not put us on the same side of the property which was very difficult with my elderly father. Also, they guarded the beach gate and wouldn't let our family meeting us use the resort restroom. This was a very loud resort. Also didn't like getting to our room late to not find sheets, comforter, or pillow for the pull out couch. After we asked multiple times, we got the linens, but never did get the pillow. The next day we asked for 5 towels for our family. We had to call back again to get towels and I finally used a hand towel after getting out of the shower. The other room lacked soap and hair products.

Liked: Michelle went over and beyond to help us out with our reservation. We had an error with our reservation thru booking.com and she fixed everything and made our stay perfect. Excellent customer service!!
Disliked: Wish the pool was open later.

Liked: the location right on the water. The staff was AMAZING.
Disliked: the photos are misleading. my kids were excited about the mini golf shown in the photos, but when we arrived the outdoor turf was ripped and torn and unusable. We were gone from our hotel quite a bit the first couple days. towards the end we started noticing the amount of roaches present in the room.

Nice stay for an older...

Liked: Rooms were spacious, pool and outside area were spacious with plenty of chairs. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was good size and living room area was ample.
Disliked: There were some gnats in the room and the shower faucet leaked but we told them at checkout. Not an issue with our stay just things to fix for next guests.
