Great place but avoid rooms...

Liked: Well positioned to get into the city by tram or bus. Also very close to our daughter’s flat. Also close to a good selection of shops including Coles for food. Staff super helpful. Good value.
Disliked: Room 102 has the lift one side and steps to the communal kitchen the other side. This (and the proximity to the main door) made it incredibly noisy. Some very selfish people talked loudly after midnight or came in drunk. Early departures also disturbed our sleep. We would say great place to stay but not rooms 101-103.
