Great rooms, buffet breakfast disappointing

Liked: The room was great. Strongly recommend a balcony room upgrade. Good size and lovely bathroom. Location was fantastic, close to many restaurants, pubs, walk to parks and quiet.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was disappointing - The layout was bizarre - so hard to navigate through the tables and chairs; coffee machine and only hot water option crammed in a corner and so hard to get to when next to other guests; extra payment required for a made coffee; basic Kellogg cereal and no muesli options; plus very little vegetarian options - no mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach etc Re The pool, spa and sauna - great facilities BUT there were literally only two chairs available for an entire hotel guest list in the wet area, nowhere to put your clothes and nowhere to dry yourself. So weird

Good hotel with great location

Liked: The customer service is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I am hoping bathroom ventilation could be improved a bit, since it doesn’t smell good sometime. Thanks.

Liked: Nice big room,staff were friendly
Disliked: There was no steam room as advertised.swimming pool was over run by a group of youths spashing around and yelling,swearing so not relaxing at all
