Liked: I was late,but the staff stay back in the reception waiting for me and this is very warming
Disliked: Check out time can extend to 11am

Liked: The room was very spacious and private with a lovely view. It was nice and quiet too.
Disliked: We couldn't find a radio

Great overnight stay to visit...

Liked: Felt very clean, had a comfortable bed, lovely view, very nice shower products, good parking, good sized TV.
Disliked: Smoking allowed on balconies so other people’s smoke could be smelt from our balcony.

It was Ok but there...

Liked: The location to Hot Springs was great. Very close to Rye which was convenient for dinner and breakfast. If you like golf it would be a great venue. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I would have liked to have the option of not having a 2 staircase downstairs room. Lugging everything down 2 flights of stairs with a small child was challenging. It was certainly not accessible. Cups were chipped and there was limited choice of teas and coffee for the type of resort it is. TV was old and there was no option for streaming although it did have netflix which could be connected and possibly Stan. No spare blankets or pillows provided. Shower door was a little odd turning into shower making it difficult to actually get into the shower itself. Poor design as we had to squish into the vestibule and then close door to get to put our key in the lock to our room. The vestibule was too small also to house us and our baggage which made it a little tricky to access our room.
