Originally a 1930s guest house Peppers Hepburn Springs is a 10-minute walk from the Mineral Springs Reserve and 5 minutes' drive to Daylesford town center. The Mineral Spa offers unique floating beds where guests lie on a hammock of warm water without getting wet. It also includes hydrotherapy spa baths a guest relaxation lounge and 11 treatment rooms. Please note The Mineral Spa is a separate entity to Peppers Mineral Spring Hotel Hepburn. The Argus Dining Room offers a menu based on seasonal produce from the Daylesford region. Tipperary Bar & Guest Lounge serves drinks and light snacks by the warm fire or in the gardens. All rooms at Peppers Mineral Springs Retreat include a private private bathroom flat-screen TV heating air conditioning and a mini-bar. Some rooms have a spa bath and a private balcony.

Perfect place to stay for...

Liked: The building is beautiful with the open fireplaces. Friendly staff and great breakfast. You don’t need to leave just relax

Very good

Liked: everything was very good except for the bed, Nice and wide but just too soft
Disliked: Just the bed that was too soft. Both sides were sinking except for the middle section.

Liked: Stunning
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable. pillows were also uncomfortable. The chair in the room was very worn.

Lovely comfy stay

Liked: The feel, lots of space to retreat, the many fireplaces, the spa. Good breakfast and restaurant.
Disliked: Staff very friendly, but not always alert.
