Excellent spot by Manly Beach

Liked: Beautiful room with lots of space and sea view.
Disliked: No place to have breakfast

Liked: Staff were fantastic, Location was perfect and view from the room and the balcony was wonderful.
Disliked: We were aware of the un renovated rooms, however the air conditioner was very noisy, even on low fan speed when in use overnight. The Wi Fi was very weak.

The perfect Manly location right...

Liked: Ease of check in and check out. Location was amazing! Staff all super friendly. Affordable and clean with great view of Manly Beach.
Disliked: Would have loved a shower cap ☺️

Liked: Loved the location, but the first room was too small, so the staff moved us to a larger room, which was perfect.

Great spot--very poor plumbing and...

Liked: The location, and General facilities, were great. They could not be better. Manly is a great spot, and this is well situated within that spot. Staff were good other than one issue, referenced below.
Disliked: We were unable to take as many, or as extensive showers as possible as the shower drain was completely blocked. So too was the right hand sink in the bathroom vanity. Not as bad, but certainly took a long time to drain. We referenced it immediately upon our arrival, because we wanted to shower and freshen up upon arrival, and were not too impressed by showering in other people's leftover shower residue. It took over two hours for the shower to drain even after a one minute shower. We told the staff immediately upon arrival, the next morning, the next afternoon, (and housekeeping when they came to service the room) and eventually were told, after being told it'll be "fixed immediately", that'll be "fixed tomorrow" (Monday). On the day we checked out. It was an easy enough fix-- if I had an old wire coat-hanger I probably could've cleared the drain myself. I didn't have time to go to a hardware store to get drain cleaning supplies, and would have happily done so, if I hadn't relied on their representations that will be fixed immediately, until the afternoon before we checked out. Very disappointed in that one aspect, and certainly took the edge off our stay, as we wanted to shower after using the beach morning and afternoon, and before evenings out. My wife chose not to shower at all. My son and I took 30 second to 1 minute showers. Wholly insufficient.

Liked: Great facilities at a great location with the best views of Manly Beach. The staff were fantastic as well.

Liked: Great location , directly across from manly beach, and dining choices close by. Exceptionally clean and well presented room. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and kind. I would recommend Peppers Manly to anyone.

All in all it was...

Liked: It was good, the bin next to the toilet was rusting, some things are starting to show there age, and for a price of $2000 for 3 nights, you have to keep up to date for that amount.
