Superb

Liked: The one bedroom apartment was clean, bed was comfortable and was supplied with necessary items along with balcony overlooking the beach. Staff were attentive and courteous.
Disliked: My only complaint is, parking, they charge $40, and told ample of parking. Once reaching the parking there were only 2 spots left that were sized for a very small car (mini Morris size) and even then, it would have struggled to park because of other larger cars not parking properly. I suggest to police the car spots. Maybe even mark the spots appropriate to car sizes so others have a chance to park. Eg. "Large car, small car" etc...Staff directed us to sister parking at Sebel, which was the same scenario.

Liked: Love the location and Hotel was beautiful, However not worth $800 a night.
Disliked: there was not water available, had to pay for parking even though I paid $800 for my room

The best upgrade to celebrate...

Liked: The upgrade to a one bedroom was a wonderful surprise. It was modern and spacious with lovely decorations. Right across from the beach it was easy to have a swim then a shower. Free pool towels that we could take to the beach. Nice bathroom toiletries and a good quantity of kitchen supplies. The sheets were crisp and the king sized bed was excellent. The welcome bubbles for our anniversary and lovely card.
Disliked: Half the view of the beach from the balcony due to a very large tree in front of the balcony. The pools were boring and uninviting due to lack of decoration around the areas.
