Not great value, awkward parking...
Disliked: Very poor value for money. Minimal inclusions for the price, I’m surprised there was even milk in the fridge given how little they want to offer. Parking was expensive and there’s no other options besides paid ticketed parking on the street. Underground parking nearby meant walking through the rain. The was hair in the bath tub, but the bath was the main reason I paid extra for that room.

It was ok.
Liked: All staff we encountered were excellent and very helpful. Bicyclettes restaurant was very good for dinner and fine for breakfast. The mulled wine at reception when coming in from the cold was wonderful. Room was spacious, so was bed, and air conditioning comfortable.
Disliked: The room we were first allocated was on a split level and only accessible up a small flight of stairs at the end of the corridor, which made access very difficult for my wife with limited mobility. The staff at reception was most helpful and re-allocated a room in the corridor before the stairs. Housekeeping the next day missed our room but a request to reception for fresh towels was met immediately. Finally, it was unfortunate that the large, comfortable lounge chair under the window did not face the TV set.
