Amazing staff and great location

Liked: Both the reception and restaurant staff were amazingly helpful. I had two small children and they couldn't have been more helpful. Big thanks to them.
Disliked: Our bedhead fabric (leather type material) was cracked and peeling off. Left us feeling like the room was slightly run down due to this and not nice when sleeping under it.

Liked: Cllean property plus very convenient location
Disliked: It was cold.. the heating wasn't working in the main reception however the fireplace that was ready to go was not turned on at any time over the 2 days

Nice boutique hotel with lovely...

Liked: Everything was as expected- lovely grounds and facilities
Disliked: No WIFI was provided- not sure why and I didn't have time to walk to reception to find out also couldn't locate a phone in the room? It would be nice to have streaming services available on the TV
