Liked: Very close to Southern Cross station and had a tram stop outside of the hotel, making it really easy to get around.

Liked: Perfect location for us going to the footy and a very short walk to dinner at docklands
Disliked: Only fault we could find was having to tighten the shower head slightly, no vegemite in the Buffett

Disliked: If I had to pick one thing it would be the view wasn’t the best from our room.

Disliked: They had set up an extra bed not needed, we asked to pack it up and they never responded. Had to ask a staff member who came to drop off chocks for the door.Evacuated at 8am not the best experience.Pain to get to the pool, had to swap room key and continual wait in line to swap it. Then room key gets deactivated in the process.I have never stayed at a place where I had to continually come back to reception to ask for basic service
