Liked: Breakfast is lovely and the outlook into the garden is vey nice. The fireplaces are great for soaking up the warmth with a glass of red wine or hot chocolate.Staff were accommodating and friendly.Room was clean and comfortable.I'd like to come back in the spring because I can imagine how beautiful the grounds will be in flower!
Disliked: It would be easier to park in the car park if the spaces were marked out. Arriving at the hotel to check in was good for a parking space but coming back at night after going out for dinner, the spaces were filled - but some cars were taking up what could have been an extra car space.

Liked: Dinner was lovely, and staff were great, although the dining room lacked ambience.
Disliked: Room was a shoe box and not the balcony floor in the picture. No access to the outside from within the room and very small. Could of put lighting out on the balcony to enjoy the seating with pets for longer at night and even serve dinner and breakfast when bringing pets.

Bit disappointing!

Liked: Staff were very helpful in moving dates due to terrible weather conditions.
Disliked: Flat Proseco served from bar!!! 😳 Not advised that we needed to book restaurant- booked out so no dinner!!!

Liked: One of the better breakfast options we have experienced lately. Staff in restaurant at breakfast were exceptional. Found a lovely place to sit outside after breakfast
