Liked: The staff were incredible! Every single member of staff that we interacted with was so friendly and helpful and they really couldn't do enough for us. The location cannot be beaten - Ferry Port and Bus Stop right on the front door so getting round the island was a cinch. Both pools were excellent. Wifi was good throughout our stay which historically has been a problem on previous visits to Maggie for us. Breakfast was fantastic and great value for money.
Disliked: Our room was not particularly clean or well maintained. The AC looked like it hasn't been cleaned or serviced for a long period, the filter was filthy and there was mould growing in the vents. The fridge in our room made such loud noises that we had to switch it off during the night as it was keeping my wife and I up. Luckily we were only using it to keep our drinks cold. Except for breakfast the restaurant was incredibly overpriced. I know it was public holiday so there was surcharges but we paid $80 for a tiny pork sandwich, a basic beef salad and two coffees.

Disliked: They only have one accessible room which was out of order so with the wheelchair we had to make do with a normal room
