Liked: nice clean room. comfortable king size bed. nice mini fridge and microwave.
Disliked: Lodging was adamant about no early check-in.

Liked: Location is the only reason this place works. Nothing else is great about pepper tree inn.
Disliked: - No staff is available. Even for toilet rolls and towels you have to walk to the lobby to get them. - The doors and windows have gaps and face the road. So even someone shouting on the street at night can be heard very clearly. Also all the snow clearing equipment that was running all night. - Parking is limited and the underground parking structure wont take SUVs.

Liked: Nice and simple place to stay. Great location with a lake view, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Room has all the necessities, including hair dryer and a coffee maker. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Rooms and amenities are quite old. Heater would squeak for a couple of minutes before switching on.
