Disliked: We were supposed to have 3 of our 4 rooms with 2 double beds and they were all single bed rooms. The hotel was full so rooms could not be changed.

Disliked: They had one bartender running the bar and tables during a sold out show and sold out location. Seems you could staff accordingly.

Great hotel, wrong room booked...

Liked: Location next to the Peoria Civic Center.
Disliked: I booked a king room through your service, we got to the hotel and they put us in a room with 2 double beds, not queen and definitely not a king. The staff said their information from Booking.com was that we had booked the double room, which we did not. They were unable to make modifications because we booked through your "third party" service, even though we are Marriott Bonvoy gold members. We wont be using yous service again.

Liked: The Skywalk from hotel to civic center was great
Disliked: Around 1030 to 1100 pm the Skywalk was closed and had to figure out how to get back to hotel

Treat yourself to a concert...

Liked: It’s so nice as a solo co very goer to have a secure skywalk to the civic center. It felt so safe.
Disliked: There was nothing about my stay that was not perfect!
