heating was not working which...

Liked: friendly professional staff , welcoming and helpful staff.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the heating in our room wasn’t working during our stay. Despite the staff doing their best to resolve the issue, they weren’t able to fix it. This became a real problem, as my wife was very unwell at the time, and the cold made it difficult for her to rest. In the end, we had no choice but to leave the hotel that night and stay at a friend’s house in Wigan instead.

Life savers !!!

Liked: Staff are so friendly and kind. I had been let down drove 2.5hours had to find accommodation quick the lady on reception was so helpful. Hotel was spotless, breakfast was lovely too.
Disliked: Nothing
