Amazing

Liked: Everything it’s amazing: good location, easy to use public transport, very beautiful area, beautiful lobby, great and large and beautiful room 😍 wonderful personelle from the reception, who helped us with each info we needed. In a single word: Amazing. Too bad we stayed few time, being in transit for Munchen, but definetly we want to come back in another trip and stay longer to Viena so we gonna choose Max Brown Hotel Again!
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect

We loved our stay so...

Liked: We loved our stay so much. We managed to park our car in the hotel which costs 21€ the facilities and the room was gorgeous. There is free pool table you can play in the lobby. There is also a very nice sauna and gym.

I definetely won’t return.

Liked: Hotel is located near metro and is surrounded by nice restaurants.
Disliked: Staff is not customer oriented. They tried to book me into an old, small room while I paid for their biggest apartment. I had to move rooms twice before I got a room close enough to what I booked. Never heard an apology… Additionally, rooms don’t have enough lamps (nothing on the ceiling)- it was so dark after the sunset, we had problems with packing.

Great location, friendly staff.

Liked: Great location, quite central and easy to get to city via Uber. Friendly staff. Big plus: theres a soft pillow ball in the room in case you get bored
