Good

Liked: Good location for central Reading
Disliked: Was meant to have reduced rate parking at the nearest car park. However the ticket they gave me didn’t work so I had to pay full price. Bar staff poor too busy talking and not paying attention to customers.

Liked: The reception staff was fantastic. Polite friendly and helpful.Security was good at night too.The bed was comfortable,housekeeping did a good cleaning job. Room was very clean throughout our stay. Amenities sufficient
Disliked: Please install bidet in the toilet.Please install another mirror in the room ( on the table perhaps? )for make up purposes.

Amazing

Liked: It was a very good experience. The staff is super friendly, and the hotel offers a huge restaurant and bar lounge with many free games.The room itself was amazing: comfortable and huge. The hotel is super well located—in the city centre of Reading but still a calm area and around 15 minutes walking from the train station.100% recommended.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.
